"Dawkins’ also rejects a supernatural designer because he thinks, as an explanation, it lack explanatory power; in other words, no advance is made. He raises this objection because he feels that a supernatural designer is just as complex as design. However Dawkins’ objection is problematic as he assumes that a supernatural designer is as complex as the universe. But a supernatural designer, in other words God, is one of the simplest concepts understood by all. This opinion is expressed by many Philosophers including the famous atheist turned theist Professor Anthony Flew." Click here to read more.

Asalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh ya hamza, I feel like hugging you after watching this debate, it brought me to tears wallah. I just wanted to advise you on how to make the ordinary listener like me understand the absurdity of an infinite regress. Remember that discussion that was uploaded on youtube? where you explain to a non muslim man and used the gun and trigger, asking for permission thing? It was easy for me to grasp when you clarified that "would I ever pull trigger? No." and "we're here now, we exist" and to ask the question of who created God is like denying our existence. Jazakallah khairun, May Allah bless you in abundance and make your dawa successful. Your brother, Ali Abubaker (the half eritrean, half filipino from canada)- the reason I add that is because I want you to remember me if i ever see you in real life, I want to hug you, my beautiful akhi in islam. Asalaamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu
