Hamza Andreas Tzortzis is an international public speaker and a writer. Hamza presents "Face the Faith" on Islam Channel and is a senior researcher and lecturer for iERA. He has debated prominent intellectuals and academics. Some of his interlocutors include the leading humanist Peter Cave, the editor of the Philosophy Now mazagine Rick Lewis and the highly acclaimed Professor Simon Blackburn. More recently Hamza debated one of the leading American atheists and secular activists Dr. Ed Buckner.
"Dawkins’ also rejects a supernatural designer because he thinks, as an explanation, it lack explanatory power; in other words, no advance is made. He raises this objection because he feels that a supernatural designer is just as complex as design. However Dawkins’ objection is problematic as he assumes that a supernatural designer is as complex as the universe. But a supernatural designer, in other words God, is one of the simplest concepts understood by all. This opinion is expressed by many Philosophers including the famous atheist turned theist Professor Anthony Flew." Click here to read more.

Wow, that woman is some kind of extremist feminist. Brother I commend your patience in that interview, you did a great job.
One tiny bit of criticism, the video talking about Christians in Egypt completely miss-characterized the whole situation. Those girls run away with Muslim men, and their families actually hunt them down and retrieve them. Nobody is capturing christian girls. There are many cases where the girls are taken back forcefully. Sometimes these girls are killed. Or their Muslim. There are girls who convert to Islam and their families kill them. It's a very big issue and that video was just a bunch of lies.
As Salam Alaikum
I would only discuss about Muslim majority countries which I should say are in state of anarchy (even though we have name sake form of govt). The foremost thing is get rid of dictatorships in all these countries. They are harming image of Islam around the world. Yup I would agree with Hamza that the leadership has failed. But we need to find out that why the leadership is failing constantly. I guess it is the lack of proper education and exposure to various worldviews in all spheres of life whether it religious or worldly like science. And the prime reason for this is the autocratic regimes because they don't want to empower people so that they thrown out.
The bigger question is that why Muslim majority places are in pathetic state whether it is a country or a Muslim dominant area in a city. It feel that this is not just the media hype. We should get to the root of this and sort this out before we become majority around the world. I guess, with the amount of human resources and money we have, we should have been at the top of the world. But unfortunately we are lacking something fundamental.
great job ,hamza. as always ...though i must say i completely agree with rays of faith..as an egyptian ,i can't start to tell you how biased and misrepresenting this video is,( i mean ,evil muslim shikhs kidnapping and raping, christian girls to convert them to islam!!!come on !!!!!!!what's next,killing christian children,and mixing their blood with pies?!!!!!!)truth is,sir:the egyptian government arrest the girls that converted to islam..and hand them to the coptic church,where they disappear forever(so much for human rights!)other thing,those riots that happens by christians ..they are not the "poor","persecuted" citizens.they insult prophet muhammad ,islam and threaten to kill muslims(by the help of scary america)oh,and by the way they were armed ,and used moltov bombs,against the police (imagine if a muslim did that!)..but you know what?the majority of those arrested were freed,under the pressure of the coptic church..and boast that the government fears the west's reaction..their priests say that egypt should throw out the arab "invaders".(so poor,and persecuted ,huh?!!!)but surely not all christians are like that ..and not all muslims ,what they should be..but spreading lies and hate (like this video does)only make things worse.
@Rays Of Faith
The solution to this is easy. Make a News documentary sort of thing. Trace those Christian girls who actually have run away willingly. Take their interview and show to the public round the world. This will shut their mouth. May be Al-Jazeera can help! And don't forget to post it on You-Tube ;)
Great job Hamza and that video they documented in Egypt was super vague. It was a failure because 'they took very little and biased 'specimen' to conclude something like that for Egypt.'
Brother Hamza

"What about women..."
Well frankly, if you listened to the message Hamza repetitively tried to put through, you would have realised by now that the roots of injustice is NOT Islam, because NO country today has a real Islamic state. Moreover, forced marriages and the like are NOT teachings of Islam.
Perhaps if you educated yourself a bit, you would've realised that Islam is the only thing which actually liberates women and I as a woman totally agree with that. 'Democracy' couldn't even achieve liberation for women. Democracy is like communism. It looks good on paper but doesn't work in reality. Go and study the law and discover who makes over 3000 statutory instruments every year... Permanently employed civil servants who the country does not know about and these laws are merely rubber stamped by the relevant Government Minister. In fact skip that and look at the very root of law making. Judges, namely White, middle-class men, who without doubt are unrepresentative of society (not everyone is White, or middle-class, or men!) apply as well as create the law. Are they elected? No. Yet strangely, these MEN create the law of this 'democratic' country.
I strongly advise anyone who agrees with this woman to please read a book about the reality of secularism and the Sharia law and to not feed yourself from the propaganda promoted by the media in the Governments attempt to hide the real issues that should be the focul point of discussion. If you want to learn about Islam, read read the Qur'an or ask a Muslim SCHOLAR instead of assuming it is as you think it is based on what goes on in so called Islamic countries.
