Video: Liberalism, the Qur'an & its Linguistic Miracle

Hamza Andreas Tzortzis delivers a lecture on Liberalism and the Qur'an. Hamza explains that Liberalism's intellectual foundations are philosophically incorrect and its political values lead to social breakdown. He further explains that the Qur'ans political values are cohesive and have had historical success, using the Jewish race as an example. Hamza ends his presentation by detailing how the Qur'an is from the divine using rational deduction and the philosophy of miracles. The lecture is completed with a question and answer session. A must for all those interested in political philosophy, history and the Qur'an.

Although you made individualism sound so evil, at least the people who practice that-ism are still able to be held accountable for watever it is they are doing. This type of ism, will put these people out there, forcing 'em to stand out from the crowd hence could easily be spotted for questioning. I understand there are some occasional setbacks with them "fish that got away" type of problems but I'm sure it is less than the same type of the fish cases in collectivism. Take the gov’t facilities for instance. It's based on collectivism and we all have experienced at some point in our lives the red-tape bullsh***, not to mention their "layback" attitudes when it comes to presenting themselves on public service. Talking about the marvellous side of collectivism, yes, in the hands of righteous people, it is an-ism that is desirable. Hwvr, in this 21st century, a century that is too far of a distance to remember the beauty of that collectivism, the reality hits and it's trained us to become the entities that are too hasty to accept.

The suggestion was never made that individualism has intrinsic evil. Rather the point was made that if individualism is over emphasised as in "excessive individualism" then you will get social problems in society. For a political outlook to rest on such a weak premise is worrying, especially since there is ample of evidence to show the link between liberal political values and social problems. Additionally I feel that your claim of accountability is false. Do you think liberalism has a monopoly on accountability? It doesnt. Accountability if a choice in liberal societies, however in true Islamic societies accounatbility is an obligation and seen as a key value. There are ample of source text (Qur'an and Hadith) evidences that prove this point. Also, I never called for collectivism, I called for the Islamic view, which is different. Islam doesnt necessarily control the means of production, collectivism does. I hope this help.

Peace.

The Big Bang is in the Qu'ran, 21:30, so why would we want to refute want is clearcut evidence which we can use to prove that:

(1) God exists

(2) That the Qu'ran is therefore demonstrably His word

The verse concludes with a spine-tingling question adressed to those secularists and atheists OF today who control the scientific establishment undemocratically and via deception:

WILL THEY STILL NOT BELIEVE?
